VizaGo distinguishes between professional work already performed and fees controlled by universities, governments, payment providers, and other third parties.

01

Purpose

This policy explains when VizaGo consultancy fees may or may not be refunded. Third-party refunds are controlled by the relevant university, authority, or service provider.

02

Consultation and assessment fees

Fees paid for a completed consultation, profile assessment, or document review are normally non-refundable because professional time and advice have already been provided.

03

Before work starts

If you cancel after payment but before substantive work starts, VizaGo may refund the unused professional fee after deducting any non-refundable transaction, administrative, or third-party cost already incurred.

04

After work has started

Once assessment, shortlisting, application preparation, document review, submission, visa preparation, or another agreed service has started, the portion of the fee relating to completed work is non-refundable.

05

University and admission fees

University application fees, admission deposits, and tuition refunds are governed by the university. VizaGo cannot refund money paid directly to a university or override its refund policy.

06

Embassy, immigration, and visa-centre fees

Visa application fees, immigration charges, biometrics, service-centre charges, medical costs, and similar third-party payments are generally outside VizaGo’s control.

07

Visa or admission refusal

A visa, admission, or scholarship refusal, a delayed decision, or an additional-document request does not automatically create a right to a refund of professional fees where the agreed services have been performed.

08

Incorrect or false information

No refund is due where an application is rejected, delayed, or withdrawn because a client supplied false, forged, misleading, incomplete, or materially inaccurate information, failed to disclose a relevant issue, or missed a required deadline.

09

Client withdrawal

If you voluntarily stop the process, change destination or university, fail to respond, or miss deadlines, completed professional work remains chargeable.

10

Duplicate or incorrect payment

If the same consultancy fee is accidentally paid twice or an amount is demonstrably charged in error, the verified excess amount will be refunded.

11

How to request a refund

  • Submit the request from the relevant application in your VizaGo dashboard when that option is available, or email help@vizago.app.
  • Include your name, payment date, invoice or application reference, and the reason for the request.
  • Provide proof of payment or other information if requested.
  • Approved refunds are processed through an appropriate payment method and remain subject to bank or payment-provider processing times.
12

Non-transferability

Unless VizaGo approves it in writing, payments and unused services cannot automatically be transferred to another person, country, programme, or future intake.

13

Written package terms

If a signed service agreement or invoice contains a specific refund term for a package, that specific term applies to the extent permitted by law.
