VizaGo separates professional consultancy charges from university, embassy, immigration, accommodation, and other third-party costs.
Purpose
This policy explains how VizaGo charges for study visa, visit visa, university admission, and related consultancy services.
Consultancy service fees
Our professional fee depends on the destination, case complexity, number of university applications, visa type, and selected package. The applicable fee and scope are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
Services that may be included
- Initial profile assessment and eligibility review.
- Country, course, and university shortlisting where included in the package.
- Application preparation and document-checklist support.
- Admission follow-up where included.
- Visa document preparation, forms, and file review.
- Appointment, biometrics, and pre-departure guidance where applicable.
Third-party fees are separate
Unless expressly included in writing, VizaGo’s consultancy fee does not include tuition, application or admission fees, embassy or visa fees, immigration health charges, biometrics, medical or TB tests, police certificates, translations, apostille or legalisation, CIMEA or Declaration of Value, blocked-account fees, insurance, courier costs, accommodation, flights, or other third-party charges.
University and government fees
University, embassy, and immigration fees are controlled by third parties and may change without notice. The amount shown by the relevant official source at the time of payment applies.
Scholarships and discounts
Scholarship information is provided for guidance only. A scholarship is not guaranteed unless the relevant university or funding body issues a formal award.
Currency and exchange rates
Foreign-currency estimates may change because of exchange rates and bank charges. Local-currency equivalents are indicative unless an exchange rate or amount is expressly fixed in writing.
Payment schedule
Depending on the selected package, fees may be payable in full or in agreed stages. Your invoice, fee schedule, or signed service agreement determines the amounts and due dates.
Additional work
Extra applications, reapplications, a change of country or programme, urgent processing, document recreation, appeal or review support, or work outside the agreed scope may require an additional professional fee. Any additional charge requiring acceptance will be presented with its scope and terms.
No approval-based pricing
VizaGo’s professional fee pays for consultancy work and time. Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, it is not payment for obtaining a visa, admission, or scholarship and is not conditional on approval.
Price changes
Pricing may be updated for new clients or future work. A confirmed fee for an agreed scope normally remains unchanged unless the client changes the scope or additional work becomes necessary.
